Serves - 2
Ingredients:
2 Ripe bananas
2 cups vanilla icecream
4 icecubes
2 sps honey
Method:
- Peel bananas and cut each into 2 pieces.
- Add these bananas,vanilla icecream,honey and 2 icecubes to a mixer.
- Grind it to a smooth mix for a minute.
- Pour in glass and add remaining icecubes.
- Tastes great and chilling!
- Good for soothing bowels.Great offing when home from sun.
- You can substitute vanilla yogurt for a classic smoothie instead of vanilla icecream.
